Skyler Design Build, LLC (“Skyler” or “Company”) is currently seeking energetic and detail-oriented individual to fill a Sage Intacct Integrator role. This individual will work with the leadership and accounting team to manage all integration from QuickBooks, Procore, Expensify, and other tools useful for estimating, accounting, finance, payroll, financial data, payables and receivables.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the integration of Sage Intacct tools for Skyler's current and future needs. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of company • Provide regular integration status reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable once Intacct is rolled out
• Work with Functional Leadership teams to meet and exceed continuous improvement (‘CI”) targets aligned to the strategic priorities and goals.
• Overseeing and creating a timely and accurate system of accounting records.
• Adhering to a comprehensive set of cost controls as established at the Corporate level which are designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the Company's reported financial results. • Perform business requirements analysis and documentation into functional requirements, process statement of work format for customer acceptance.
• Train end users on the Sage Intacct system and provide technical support to internal Skyler employees and external customers and subcontractors, as necessary.
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools and assist with data conversion.
• Setup and configure third party integration tools.
• Recognize functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code and ISV solutions.
• Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are being met.
• Managing complex projects from beginning to end.
• Research and/or escalate complex software issues to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs.
• Travel to Skyler offices, as necessary.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Assist in making educated economic decisions about Company’s future.
• Supports budget management for process improvement and risk initiatives.
• Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.
• Maintains accounting activities and transactions for the accurate and timely monthly close of accounting periods.
• Analyzes financial results to determine month over month variances in revenue and cost drivers.
• Ensure financial results are compliant with corporate accounting policies and GAAP.
• Keeps financial records current and error free.
• Assists in the auditing processes and maintenance of the Corporate chart of accounts.
• Adheres to an orderly accounting filing system.
• Maintains a system of controls over accounting transactions.
• Provides pertinent information for their respective division to the Corporate budgeting and forecasting groups.
• Multiple state sales tax management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge
• Knowledge of statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to businesses.
• Ability to communicate and interact with contractors at all levels across the country.
• Overall broad accounting and finance knowledge.
• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.
• In-depth understanding of how accounting issues affect organizations.
• Well-versed in how business operate with financial acumen.

Experience Required
• Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, with at least 2 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting related role.
• Expert knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practice.
• Business partnering and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Procore, Excel, Access, and Power Point skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and in a high-volume and changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, “see the big picture,” and work through ambiguity and change.

Qualifications
• MBA or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other relative degree, preferred.

• Some ability to travel to meetings, sites, offices, and other may be required.
