Be a Skyler Trade Partner

Skyler believes the quality of our work is directly related to the quality of the craft and trade subcontractors selected to partner with us on our projects, and we demand superior performance from every individual involved. From the outset of initial discussions with potential subcontractors, we ensure there is a clear understanding of the scope of work, safety expectations, and time constraints prior to commencement of work.

Prequalification is required.
Included in the prequalification process is:

Recent firm experience that clearly demonstrates current projects similar in size and type of work to the proposed project;
Review and approval of subcontractor personnel related to specific building experience;
Availability of assigned personnel to be able to meet the building schedule;
Quality of completed work to meet Skyler’s superior performance measures;
Safety record as reflected in the company’s Experience Modifier Rate (EMR);
Subcontractor company’s financial stability to fulfill payroll requirements and bonding capacity that protects the Owner;
Ability to meet or exceed Skyler’s rigorous insurance requirements, which are certified and documented as current prior to issuance of a subcontract.
Skyler is always on the lookout for serious sub-contractors all across that country that we can build a relationship of trust with as we partner up on various projects. Skyler works on a diverse set of projects so we need a diverse set of skill to compliment.
