STEP 4: FINALIZE
Upon completion of your custom design experience and receipt of final house plans it is time to sign the paperwork.

Prior to starting construction is the closing of your loan.
STEP 2: PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
We will go over every detail of your home with everyone making your dream a reality.
STEP 3: PERMITTING
Skyler’s team handles all permitting and other approvals.
STEP 4: BUILD
Every project is different from homesite preparation depending on your building location to finish carpentry and final touches, we devote our attention to meet your timetable.
STEP 5: QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS
Once your home is nearly completion, you will meet with your Sklyer Builder who will inspect the home with you. He will go through your home and make note of anything that need attention. We want to be certain your home meets our level of craftsmanship and standards of quality.
STEP 6: HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION
Your Skyler Builder will introduce you to your new home and discuss how it operates and care for many of the components.
STEP 7: MOVE IN
It is time to prepare for your home warming party.
